We got an email recently asking for some computer support and advice from a friend recently:

Hi Gizmos,

I want to download some ABC TV programs as podcasts on this link http://www.abc.net.au/tv/fora/rss.htm#podcasts to my iTunes.

I’m trying to get these things in a Windows media format so I can watch them on Windows media player. I must be doing something wrong, because I’m not getting very far trying to do it myself. Can you translate how to do this from tech-speak to English?
