After spending hours on the phone to other apple customer service reps with no success I was Compleletly satisfied with Houston from Gizmo who fixed what others could not . My computer was also scanned and cleaned and I was happy to purchase Norton to keep it that way . Houston was on the phone and remotely finding a solution to all me issues - Congratulations !!!

I had picked up malware called Qvo6 and even though Houston Youn had not delt with it before, he did not give up untill he had found a way to remove it from my computer. If you had an employee of the month he would get my vote.
I have and because of Houston will continue to recommend Gizmo's services.

My first experience with the company came this week, when my system crashed. All of your staff that I had contact with, either by phone (Ken and later Ella) or in person (Duncan), were very easy to deal with and impressed me with their friendliness, patience and competence. Had trouble with our computer yesterday rung AAPT unable to fix the problem after nearly one hour Shaun from AAPT put me in touch with you spoke to someone who had Raymond here under 2 hours.

Well he found a lot of things wrong replaced a few things and uninstalled a couple of programmes. We can say the computer has never been this good before. Getting Raymond back in six months time to check over the computer it is money well worth spent.

Please pass onto Raymond our thanks again for a job well done, we must say he is a computer whiz. Would have no worries in recommending your company to anyone. Also it is good to know that someone is around seven days a week.

Firstly I would like to commend your company on its outstanding customer service, a Tech was due to arrive at 11.00 but was caught in traffic, I received a call from your call centre advising me that he was going to be late.

I would also like to take the opportunity to commend your tech Raymond Lam.

Raymond has been at my house all day fixing my computer which had alot of virus's. He was going to take it away and then come back tomorrow, but after I explained that I really needed my computer for my CIT research, he kindly stayed.

I would have allowed the computer to be taken away if I really had to, but I didn't have to worry in the end.

I believe Raymond has gone beyond the call of duty.He could have quite rightly taken the computer and returned the next day.

At one point point he said he would stay up all night restoring my computer if needed, just so I could have it for my work.
Something which I felt was way beyond the customer expectations.

He is clearly a hard working man,passionate about his work and takes immense pride in his work.

He is an asset to your team, I am most impressed and will not hesitate to recommend Gizmo and Raymond to anyone.

Long will I remember the rainy day I threatened to kill my computer. 'Slaughter' might be a better word ... It didn't care. It didn't give font. It just sat there thumbing it's icons at me. I told it passionately that I would beat the living gigs and glitches out of it, heave it onto the mountain of forgotten faults and buy a new one.

The bastard knew I couldn't afford to. It watched me make the call, the smug little s***. My heart fell several stories when I opened the door to a kid that should have been on a skate-board wearing his pants around his ankles and a tea-shirt saying " f -u, ' in a hoodie and wolfing a double vanilla with passion fruit. He wasn't. He was the world’s greatest geek, disguised as an idiot. I let him in reluctantly. My computer s*** several digits as he took out his gadgets and gizmos like a surgeon about to perform a minor operation on a dinosaur. Minutes later the little s*** was purring like a kitten with a kipper. They were mates - the geek from gizmo and my totally chuffed computer. We've been friends ever since ... Me and my machine - because the cunning little bastard knows I can always ring a geek from gizmo. He's my mate too.

Let me take the opportunity to praise the whole idea of GIZMO and the great service provided. In particular your man RODNEY was a real pro and managed to sort out my complete mess. I have used others in the past however never to the standard of GIZMO/RODNEY. Without hesitation you will be the folks I call to sort my numerable stuff ups.

The service I have received from Ken on this call and my first call has been nothing short of outstanding. I've been searching for a PC support @ home for years. I'm so excited that I finally resolved a mountain of outstanding PC issues in just one call. Ken thank you for your advice and service. It is exemplary.
